“Today” and field work
Daily task list, records with fields, photos and signature, and an installable app that works offline and syncs when coverage returns.
Faults and corrective work
Faults with priority, cause, labour hours, materials used and supplier; full history per asset.
QR fault reporting
QR labels for assets and locations: anyone can scan, report a fault without an account and get a tracking code.

Integrations
API with keys and signed webhooks, sensor or PLC signals with thresholds that open faults (condition-based maintenance), and a GLPI connector.
AI assistant
Optional module: an assistant that answers questions about using MANTIS and about the manuals and documents you upload.
Security and multi-company
- Each company has its own data, files, users and roles, fully separated; one user can work for several companies.
- Role matrix per module (read-only, operator, manager, administrator, requester), also enforced on the server.
- Two-step verification with an authenticator app or by email, and sign-in with your LDAP / Active Directory.
- Daily encrypted backups, per company and of the whole platform, with external destinations (network share or S3-compatible storage).
- Audit log of every change and encrypted configuration secrets.
Plans and pricing
Prices exclude VAT. Online purchases are annual (12 months for the price of 11) with secure card payment; from renewal on you can choose monthly or annual billing. You will receive access, the signed contract and the invoice by email.
